Made New NPCs

Hi, 

I just created the beginnings of a new area with friendly NPC's to talk too. Here is a short video of my progress (link below). I am using bbcode to create the shake and wave effects with the text. If anyone is interested in how to use this, check out HeartBeast on Youtube. His tutorials are very helpful for Godot beginners.
